SHIPPING CHARGES
Amor Aroma Essentials uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping where these shipping carriers base their rates on the weight of the package(s), service chosen, destination and dimensions of the box. The shopping cart is able to accurately calculate shipping for orders.
MEET-UP/LOCAL PICKUP--FREE (ATL ONLY)
At Checkout, choose "Meet-Up/ Local Pickup (Atlanta/Brooklyn)" to skip shipping fees
We'll contact you within 24 hours by text or email to schedule a convenient pickup window.
Typical meet-up areas: Camp Creek Marketplace, Downtown ATL, or Hapeville (Airport)
If we cannot connect within 5 days, we may switch to shipping (standard rates apply) or cancel per your preference.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
As a customer of Amor Aroma Essentials, it is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address including apartment or suite numbers where they apply. UPS sets this fee and charges $19.50 for an address correction of any kind. Any charges for address corrections or re-shipments will be passed on to the customer if the address provided to us is incorrect in any way.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged in transit – please do not throw anything away. Photos must be taken of the outside of the box, inside of the box, packaging materials and any damaged contents. The shipping carrier also may need to inspect the package in the event of a claim. If there is no evidence to support a claim, we unfortunately cannot proceed with a claim. For us to be able to service your damaged product, please ensure that any damage is documented thoroughly and reported within three (3) business days of order delivery.
